    Performance in each area of competence is scored from 1-10 (1-3 = unacceptable, 4-5 = poor, >/=6 = acceptable, 7-8 = good and 9-10 =
    excellent). To pass the course delegates must pass each section (i.e. score at least 6 in each section). Delegates may not be assessed
    on every competence area every day (grayed areas show days when formal continuous assessment for particular learning objectives is
    not time-tabled). The assessment results must be shared with delegates regularly and tutor comments and delegate’s comments filled up
    on page 2 of this form. Tutors are required to obtain delegate’s overall comments and signature at the end of the assessment.

    Competencies 1 to 5 are marked according to the results of the exercises and workshops (E1 = Exercise 1, W1 = Workshop 1 etc.).
    Tutors may note the rating of each exercise separately and write an average figure everyday. Competency 6 is marked according to the 3
    criteria listed that this delegate exhibits during the day. Competency 7 is marked according to a 100% attendance requirement and the
    interaction of this delegate with others during the day.

    * The overall score should be marked on the basis of competence judged for a delegate at the end of the course (This is not the average
    of the marks scored on all days) ; this should be in a scale of 1 to 10.
