    5 Socket
    6 Grub screw
    7 Rod head

    plates at the lifting platform support points
    specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
    i The vehicle must be horizontal Place the vehicle on the lifting platform
    1 Move selector lever to position "D".
    2.1 Remove rear part section of bottom part of Vehicles with diesel engines AR94.30-P-5300T
    noise encapsulation
    2.2 Remove rear part section of engine Vehicles with gasoline engines AR61.20-P-1105T
    compartment paneling
    3 Unclip locking plate (1a) using a screwdriver
    and unhinge shift rod (2) at range selector
    lever (3)
    4 Detach locking plate (1b) with needle nose
    pliers vertically toward bottom and unhinge
    shift rod (2) at intermediate lever (4)
    5 Take out shift rod (2)
    g Inspect
    6 Check locking plates (1a, 1b) and sockets (5),
    replace if required
    7 Install in the reverse order
    Adjusting
    8 Unscrew grub screw (6) from head (7)
    9 Move selector lever and range selector lever
    (3) into position "D"
    10 Screw new grub screw (6) into head (7) i Counterhold head (7) when tightening the
    grub screw. Do not move range selector lever
    (3) and intermediate lever (4) out of position
    "D".
    n Bolt in rod head *BA27.60-P-1001-04A

    11 Perform function check


    12.1 Install rear part section of bottom part of noise Vehicles with diesel engines AR94.30-P-5300T
    encapsulation
    12.2 Install rear part section of engine Vehicles with gasoline engines AR61.20-P-1105T
    compartment paneling
