STUDENTS ACTIVITY( YOUR FEELINGS MATTER)
Based from your answer class, what do you think will be our topic for this morning?
Exactly ! This morning we will be learning all about Newton’s 3 Laws of Motion!
( The teacher present the topic)
But before that, let us unlock some of the difficult terms that you will encounter during our discussion
to give you some ideas with our topic.
Vocabulary:
1. Inertia- the tendency of objects to resist changes in their state of motion
2. Force- a push or pull upon an object resulting from the objects interaction from one another
object
3. gravity- a force that pull things down towards the centre of the earth
4. Acceleration- is a vector quantity that is defined as the rate at which an object changes its
velocity.
Classroom agreements
1. Listen attentively
2. Raised your right hand if you want to answer
3. Cooperate in every activity

Isaac Newton was an English philosopher who lived from 1642-1727. He was the single most important
contributor to the development of modern science. Most consider him the greatest scientist of his era who
happen discover gravity. Amazingly. Newton didn’t know how gravity actually worked. He just knew that it
existed.
I have here a video presentation of our lesson, please listen carefully and as you watch make this
and answer it on your paper.
1.
2.
3.
If you are done, please take pictures on your activity and send it my messenger account. I will give
you 5 minutes to do your activity.
EXPLAIN (Teach the concept. Should include interaction between teacher and students)
STUDENTS
At this moment, we will be playing an activity Thumbs up(fact) Thumbs down (fiction), I will be posting a
pictures on screen and what you are going to do is to react on the picture using an emoticon, if it is thumbs up
show to the class the smiling face emoticon and if it is thumbs down show to us the sad face emoticon and
prove your answer, each correct answer is equivalent to 5 points, whenever you want to answer just
recognized yourself and show your answer, is that clear?
Picture no.

I guess most of you got the correct answer, a big hand for everybody! Those students that got the correct
answer please record your score because I will be asking for that later.
Teacher’s Input.
T- SHIRTS DESIGN
Do you imagine yourself class to like an artist? This time we will have another activity, which is
T-Shirt design, on a clean bond paper you will you will be designing a T-shirt over one of the law’s of
motion, on front of the shirt you will draw an image that shows the law of motion and on the back of the
shirt you should come up with 1-2 line slogan or sayings that is related to the Law of motion you choose. Is
that clear? I will give you 10 minutes to do your activity.
Objective 16
Applied a personal Philosophy of teaching that focus on the whole child that stresses the student active ideas
through experienced.
In this lesson the teacher applied Progressivism wherein the teacher let the students explore and learned by
their own using the skills and knowledge of the content of the lesson.
EVALUATE (How will you know the students have learned the concept)
For us to know that you are really learning with our discussion let us have a short quiz, but of course since
it is pandemic class I will give you more time to answer our quiz because I am making it through goggle
documents, will send you the link later, the deadline will be this coming Monday.
1. Which of Newton’s Three Laws does the following statement satisfy? For every action there is an equal
and opposite reaction.
a. Law of Acceleration
b. Law of Inertia
c. Law of Action ,Reaction
d. All of the above
5. Which of Newton’s three laws does the following example illustrate? The blood in your head rushes to
your feet when riding on an elevator this is descending and abruptly stops.
a. Law of Acceleration
b. Law of Inertia
c. Law of Action ,Reaction
d. All of the above
Additional activities
Share what have you have learned and value the importance of the 3 Laws of Motion on objects when
forces act upon them.
