DESCRIPTION: The tiny business ACE's Ice Cream Parlor is dedicated to my mother so that
we can afford to provide financial support on a regular basis and especially for beloved clients
who wished to unwind and relax. Our ice cream shop offers the most popular flavors of ice
cream in unique patterns. Our ice cream shop sells the greatest, most recognizable ice cream as
well as ice cream rolls, which are popular among teenagers and are available for purchase at a
price that our target market will undoubtedly find attractive.

ENVIRONMENT: The official location of ACE's Ice Cream Parlor is Mabini, Pinontingan, Gubat,
and Sorsogon. The young people and peers who are interested in our services are the main
focus of this intended environment. There are hundreds of teens and adults living in Mabini,
Pinontingan, Gubat, and Sorsogon, where we offer our services through internet advertising of
in-person services.

CUSTOMERS: Our welcoming ice cream shop invites all people specially the local residents of
the entire Gubat Municipality to sample our best-selling ice cream and ice cream rolls while
listening to soothing music that they are sure to enjoy. All clients were guaranteed a clean and
welcoming environment at our ice cream shop. when both the provider and the target market
are as trustworthy as the employee.

EDUCATION: The social and communication abilities of ACE's Ice Cream Parlor are evident,
and it is guaranteed that all crews and staff will treat all customers with respect and excellent
manners. Despite having a limited educational background, the proprietor is capable of
handling and managing the business to assure its expansion and profitability. To quickly identify
the risks associated with a particular issue, we established safety and gathered the most
intriguing or difficult challenge.

MISSION STATEMENT: In order to satisfy our customers, we offer Ice Cream to customers
of all ages in a range of seasonal, non-seasonal, and other tastes. Every consumer deserves to
be treated respectfully and patiently. To bring delight and happiness to our cherished
consumers.
SLOGAN: ACE's Ice Cream Parlor feels like a sweet love. Sweetness is feel as love is coming so
slowly with soft.

HOURS OF OPERATION

ACE’s hours of operation depends to the hours performed of every employees with the average of
working hours (10 hours per day) with the maximum cost of Php 450 and a total of Php 3,150 per week.
All employees would be given an equal salary but also depends on their working time especially for
those employees who wants to spend more time (overtime) per shift.
