Check loose wiring & rectify if required . At connector 3. Measure motor currents & set relay accordingly . On load condition at motor terminal 4. Check m/c for any abnormal noise . By visually & hearing noise for any abnormality. 5. Check all guards for proper fitment. Check Visually & tighten it if reqd. 6. Check sliding area for chips entry. Check visually . 7. Check spindle motor belt for proper tension & clean it. Check visually & clean by cotton waste. 8. Check condition of all wipers for proper working. Open it & check visually for any damage. 9. Check all feed handles for proper fitment & Play. Check for looseness. 10. Check & tighten all fasteners & checknuts. Check for looseness. 11. Greased & lubricate all given points By grease gun & oil can. 12. Check all slides for play & smooth movement, Check by manual movement of all slide. tighten or set slide wedges if reqd. 13. Check the working of rack & pinion of mechanism By visually and greasing of rack & pinion for bench 14. Check spindle drive change mechanism for Check by manual movement . proper working. 15. Check spindle assly for smooth running & tighten Check for any vibrations & abnormal noise in check nut for proper preloading if reqd. running condition. 16. Clean complete machine . Check Visually & clean by cotton waste.
