    1 General 1. Check incoming supply and earthling. phase.
    2. Check loose wiring & rectify if required . At connector.
    3. Measure motor currents & set relay accordingly . On load condition at motor terminal .
    4.Check fittings and oil lubrication lines for leackage check visually and change fittings if required
    and proper oil flow

    6.check oil level of machine and fill if required check with level guage and fill up to required
    marking position
    7.Check hydrualic lines for leackage check visually.
    8.check for forward/reverse operation of feeder check for smooth operation of cylinder
    9.check for arm open and close operation check for smooth operation of cylinder

    10.check all the solenoid valves are working proper check with operation and LED indications must
    on for all solenoids
    11.check FAR controller in remote box check for cable tightness on controller
    12.check all the controls are working properly check it by taking trial for each function
    13.control panel and remote wire terminals tighness check all control terminals for tightness.

    14. Clean complete machine . clean complete panel with blowering and cotton
    waste
