INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND TIPS HOW TO ANSWER THEM:

TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF

Describe yourself using skills and adjectives that fit you better and explain how would
you put them into practice in a call center if you don't have experience. If you have
experience you can mention how you put that into practice in your previous job

WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?

Use different skills and explain to the recruiter how they can be useful in different call
center scenarios.

WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT US?

You can mention something specific about the call center and complement your answer
talking about the environment and the growth opportunities. If you don't know anything
about the call center mention the environment and the growth opportunities only and try
to avoid talking about the transportation, schedule flexibility or the salary because that is
an answer that everybody gives. Be different.

WHAT IS YOUR SALARY EXPECTATION?

You can mention a specific amount if they post that, but if you are not sure just say that
you will be good with a payment based on your performance and experience. You can
mention hiring bonuses, performance bonuses and commissions for sales.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?

In this answer there is not correct or incorrect answer, you can say what your real
motivation is but show emotions, express feelings.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST FLAW?

Mention something negative that you can turn into something positive, or that might not
affect the company, Never mention anything about your temper, that you are unpunctual,
lazy, or not open to feedback, instead mention your lack of experience in call centers.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST STRENGTH?

Talk about your leadership skills, how fast you can learn, that you can work in a team,
you are detailed oriented and make sure that you support your answer with any previous
experience and call center related
.
FOR HOW LONG WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK HERE?
Make sure to emphasize that you are looking for a long time job and that you are
capable of working and studying at the same time because you know how to work under
pressure and that you would love to work for the company until they decide that is your
last day there.
WHY THIS CALL CENTER AND NOT ANY OTHER?
Mention any type of connection that you have with the call center, like I'm trying to take
care of my body and you have gym, I'm looking for growth opportunities and you have a
great develop program, that you love helping people and they have different programs in
which they help others.

WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT THAN OTHERS?

As an E4CC trainee what makes you different than other applicants is that you have
been working in your discipline and mentality. You can take advantage of that and
mention that if you have a positive mentality will be trying to motivate your co-workers
and if you are disciplined you will be able to follow instructions.

REMEMBER that the most important thing is to give answers with confidence and to
have eye contact with the recruiter. Try to be conversational and practice your melody to
sound natural.
