Axzel Solutions was founded in the year 2021 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. In the last 7 months, we have established
and office and operate at the World Trade Centre in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Axzel group has also established
an additional subsidiary company called Axzel Investments. Axzel Solutions believes that in the oversaturated
field of IT consultancy, a new driving factor is to be client/user focused solutions, not technology focused

Our Understanding of the system

Coconut Development Authority (CDA) plans to improve its services provided to the growers of coconuts and
the manufacturers/exporters of coconut bases products, by restricting and enhancing the digital infrastructure of
the CDA and its related institutions.
Customization & Implementation of ERP to meet Coconut Development Authority (CDA) requirements are
specified in the document “ERP Functional Requirement” and the proposed ERP consists of the following
integrated Modules.

1. HR/Admin Module
2. Finance Module
3. Purchasing Module
4. Inventory Module

2.2. As required by Coconut Development Authority (CDA),

the system should also facilitate;

 Implementation of Integrated Lab Management Module (Lab Reports & Export Certificate)
 Implementation of Loan Monitoring Module
 Implementation of External Stakeholder Management Module

If we are selected to be your software service provider, we will be carrying out a study on the existing process
and identify all required facilities that need to be incorporated into the proposed system. We will then discuss
these with the authorized personnel of your organization and design the system to match the exact requirement.
Our system is flexible for customizations and therefore can adjust to match your requirements.
 Our proposed solution
When analyzing the current issues, we propose our “Axzel Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)” as it is the
ideal solution for the issues. The ERP is an already developed and functioning total solution therefore we, Axzel
Solutions (Pvt) Ltd are ready to deliver the finalized solution in the shortest possible time with the
recommended alteration and developments instructed by Coconut Development Authority (CDA).
Axzel SaaS (Software as a Service) based ERP offers a variety of advantages and disadvantages. Key
advantages include accessibility, compatibility, and operational management. Additionally, SaaS models offer
lower upfront costs than traditional software download and installation, making them more available to a wider
range of businesses, making it easier for smaller companies to disrupt existing markets while empowering
suppliers.
The major disadvantage of SaaS applications is that they ordinarily require an internet connection to function.
However, the increasing wide availability of broadband deals and high-speed phone networks such as 4G /
Fiber Optics makes this less of an issue.

Process

We will work closely with you to build and fulfill the needs of this project. We will do this by establishing
clear goals and a comprehensive solution based on Coconut Development Authority's needs.

Phase 1: Initial Consultation

Phase 2: Solution Model

After reviewing your current systems and outlining possible solutions, our team will work with yours to
implement the best solution. This approach allows us to tailor the solution specifically for Coconut
Development Authority's needs and ensure it does not include excess paid services for which you will not
need.

Phase 3: Implementation
Once we have both agreed upon a solution, our team will begin implementing the project plan. We will

Pricing

Axzel Solutions requires 50% of initial cost summary upon the signing of this project management proposal
and the remaining 50% due within 30 days of completion of the project.

Any and all travel and/or expenses may not be reflected in the initial cost summary and may be billed
separately during and/or following completion of project.

1. This Project Management Proposal is valid for a period of 10 days from the date this proposal is
signed by both parties. This Project Management Proposal may be extended by Axzel Solutions by
written notice to Coconut Development Authority.
2. Prior to a contractual agreement, elements may be The terms and conditions related to the project
are subject to the mutual agreement of Axzel Solutions and Coconut Development Authority's.
