A. Two times cleaning should be done on daily basis, that is morning from
10:00 am to 12:00 pm and evening from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, if the one-
time cleaning is satisfactory, so no need to do it a second time.
B. All Floors of warehouses shall be cleaned first with a broom/Dry Mob, then
a water-soaked mop, and finally with at least any alternate disinfectant
liquids.
C. Disinfectant liquids Dettol and Phenyl should be used for floor cleaning
alternatively in the day or time.
D. Disinfectant Liquid should have been mentioned in the cleaning format as
per the specification given in the format. Like Dettol (DH) & Phenyl (PH).
E. Dusting and cleaning of Physical stocks, door frames, closures, racks,
Plastics Curtains, tables, cupboards, and pallets, are to be carried out with
cloth or a Vacuum Cleaner. (Frequency once in a day).
F. All the dustbins shall be removed from the warehouse offices emptied and
cleaned (Frequency twice a day).
G. Color/painting of the Premises shall be checked and done. (Wherever
needed).
H. Cleaning record will be maintained as per Attachment I on daily basis.
I. Only Blue or Black Pens will be used. Other Pens and overwriting are not
allowed in the cleaning record sheet.
J. All Warehouse cleaning materials/tools should be separated along with
labeling and be kept outside the warehouse in the proper place.

K. Eating, drinking, spitting, and smoking is not allowed inside the warehouse
and all related safety & cleaning signs should be pasted at an appropriate
place inside/outside the warehouse.
L. The concentration of disinfectant liquid for cleaning will be used of 3%
Dettol or 5% Phenyl along with water.
M.All Rodent Traps will be monitored, and cleaned, and records also be
maintained daily in attachment I.
N. If QA Person is unavailable, the Branch head or admin officer will verify
and sign daily.
O. High Cleaning:
The following procedure will be followed for high cleaning.
1) High-cleaning like Vacuum Cleaners, Long brushes, etc.
will be used for high cleaning.
2) Cleaning of Cob Webs, Windows, Doors, Walls, electric
panels, Lights, Switches, Fans, Insect-o-cutters, Smoke
Detectors, fire extinguishers, Air Conditioners, and
Thermometers is to be carried out (Frequency fortnightly) or
whenever needed.
3) Stocks will be covered with plastic sheets wherever high
cleaning is being done or stocks can be transferred to
another secure and clean area with adequate precautionary
measures.
4) In the case of painting same procedure will be followed as
mentioned in the above point
