Caution:
The staff for the operation, maintenance and commission must conform to the relevant
qualifications!

Air clutch and brake must be examined at least twice a month. Under condition of air
failure, if the brake does not work properly, please check all the eight sets of springs. If
any one of those goes wrong, prompt replacement is necessary, or else great damage is likely
to be caused to both personal security and machine operation!

Be sure that nobody is inside the machines before running!
Cut off the mains and lock them using padlock before replacing lights and other electric
parts!
Disconnect the mains and lock them using padlock before maintaining and cleaning!
Only when no damages are not to be caused to any person or machines will the machine
be started!

Warning signs:
This sign indicates the danger of electricity, requiring the switching off
of the power system before opening the covers and doors, which have the signs on them!

Noise information:
Measure the noise of the machine using the sound-proof meter, with the microphone
1.5m above the ground and 1m around the machine, measuring the 4 points of the machine.
The fifth measured point is a itinerant measure of the nuisance value, the arithmetic mean
value of which is the noise for the machine, less than 84dB(A). Protective steps should be
taken as required unless other rules are regulated on the part of the users!
