This document contains temperature and humidity readings taken every 5 minutes for a capsule drying unit over a period of 2 days from February 18th to February 20th. There were two measurement channels, temperature in Celsius and relative humidity as a percentage. The temperature reading was consistently 19.5°C while the humidity readings varied between 21.4-34.4% with an average of 23.017%. A total of 577 readings were recorded in the log.
