G. COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

Starbucks

Starbucks is one of the world's most successful franchises. A coffee lover will
appreciate their scalability, franchise support, and multiple locations. All of their
locations have a drive-thru and multiple employees who can provide quick and
friendly customer service. Their menu includes seasonal beverages, teas, breakfast,
and lunch/dinner items. Starbucks' success is due in part to the availability of a
phone app through which customers can order items and have them ready by the
time they arrive, as well as earn rewards through multiple uses of the app.

Gerardo's bread Tea and coffee

Gerado’s bread Tea and coffee is another local coffee shop that is also located at
235 Rosario St, Lopez, Quezon. The menu is relatively the same, and they also offer
a wide variety of teas and tea products. A lots of people go there because the coffee
shop does not only offer products that are delicious and affordable but also includes
particularly rich and indigestible food which can make the customers satisfied for how
consumption they made.

Cafelicious offers several advantages over its competition. Those advantages are:

 Cafelicious only serve fresh and delicious coffee. The freshness and authentic
taste help make the coffee offered exceptional and superior to the competition.
 Tech Friendly locations: Free internet, multiple outlets for laptops and tablets,
and a digitalize menu and ordering system are benefits that their target clientele
gravitate towards.
 The owners of Cafelicious take great pride in being present every day and
getting to know most of their customers. Because they think that customers
return when they receive this kind of personalized attention.
