    1.Introduction:
    VEGA™ Digital Ammeter measures the current and displays it on
    4-digit 7-segment LED display. It is available with auxiliary supply of 90 -
    300V AC. The Digital Ammeter is available in both - single-phase and three-
    phase configurations and in size of 96 X 96 mm.

    2.Operation:
    Power-ON the meter by giving auxiliary supply (Check wiring diagram on
    meter), meter displays (1)P-On, (2)Display check-all LEDs glow (3)Meter version no.
    Connect the measuring input as per wiring diagram.
    1-Phase meter displays phase-current continuously.
    3-Phase meter displays R, Y, B phase current values with respective R,Y,B LED glowing
    on the front panel for phase indication.
    Ammeter is provided with ‘k’ LED for indicating the multiplication factor for the unit of
    phase current i.e if ‘k’ LED glows, the reading is in kA.

    The default display mode is Auto Scroll Mode in which the parameters scroll
    automatically. On pressing any key, the meter goes to manual mode.
    In manual mode display shall scroll up & down by every UP & DOWN key press
    respectively. If key press doesn’t happen for approximately 20 secs, meter returns to
    default mode – Auto Scroll mode.

    3 Phase Ammeter will show phase current and average current (System
    current) as per display sequence table below.

    3.Parameter Programming:
    Ammeter is provided with following programming-parameters

    error) and displays previous value.

    Press UP & DOWN key to exit

    “ESCP” then “rSEt” and exits the
    programming mode by restart.

    In programming mode, if key press doesn’t happen for approximately 1 minute, the meter
    exits the programming mode and restarts.

    WARRANTY

    Larsen & Toubro Limited warrants that Digital Ammeter is free from defects in
    workmanship and material. Larsen & Toubro Limited’s obligation under this warranty
    shall be for a period of 18 months from the date of sale subject to the following terms and
    conditions provided the notice of defects and satisfactory proof thereof is given to Larsen
    & Toubro Limited by its Customer within the warranty period.

    1. Larsen & Toubro Limited shall provide only repairs for the sold item.
    2. Defective parts shall be serviced or replaced by Larsen & Toubro Limited.

    This warranty does not cover any defect in the product caused by accident, misuse,
    mishandling (includes improper electrical, mechanical installation), tamper, neglect,
    alteration/modification or substitution of any of the components or parts, or any attempt of
    internal adjustment by unauthorized service personnel. For applicability of warranty Larsen
    & Toubro Limited shall be the sole judge.

    Under no circumstance shall Larsen & Toubro Limited be liable for any consequential or
    resulting injury or for loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly from the use of this
    product.
    The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and is the
    sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising from any defect in the product.

    Sufficient care is taken to provide all information regarding the product but Larsen & Toubro
    Limited does not claim any responsibility for the damage caused by using the product directly
    or indirectly.
