SITUATION 1
You (Candidate A) have just arrived at the airport to take your business partner (Candidate
B) from a foreign country to your company. This is the first time you’ve met him/her. Greet
him/her and make a small talk about the following:
+ His/her flight
+ His/her first trip (to Vietnam/HCMC)
+ Some famous places and restaurants
+ Promise of showing him/her around if he/she is free
Finally, end the conversation because you both have arrived at the company.

Candidate B: You are a sales manager and work for a company in Jakarta. Today you have a
short interview with the Youth Newspaper’s reporter. Greet him/her and tell him/her about
your typical day. Finally, close the conversation.
