GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
I. RATIONALE: The Department of Education (DepEd) recognizes the
significant role of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) and
Boy Scout of the Philippines (BSP) in producing remarkable
and empowered leaders through the realization of the ideals and
preparation for their responsibilities in the home, the nation, and
the world community. To help the youth develop values and
acquire competencies to become responsible citizens and
capable leaders anchored on the Scout Oath and Law.
As a co-curricular program in the schools, Scouting offers
meaningful opportunities where girls and boys can discuss
contemporary issues affecting them and initiate activities that

respond to these challenges. As such, membership and

participation in Scouting and its programs, projects, and
activities should be highly and favorably encouraged and
supported in the schools.
On the other hand, Diego Mojica Memorial School will be
conducting an Investiture Ceremony on March 31, 2023 1:00
pm. The ceremony is one of the programs that the scouting is
carrying out to help contribute to the eradication of illiteracy,
the achievement of quality education, and social transformation.
1. Committed to develop morally straight, disciplined,
concerned, self-reliant citizens in the best tradition
of world scouting. 
II. OBJECTIVES: 2. It aims to inculcate among the scouts, the love of God,
country, and fellowmen.

1. The Executive Team

● Serves as overall decision and policy making body in coordination with the technical
working teams.
2. The Planning Team
● Drafts and submits the activity proposal for approval.
● Finalizes the activity matrix and communicate the same to all the teams.
● Directs the flow of the activity.
3. The Registration
● Provides online registration form (Google Form/Spreadsheet) for all the participants.
● Keeps the records of attendance of the participants.
4. The Creative Team
● Records the proceedings of the virtual activity.
● Complies all the documentation relative to the activity.
● Organizes the documentation (recordings and jotting notes) and submits the same to
the executive team.
● Captures important proceedings in pictures and in videos.
● Prepares certificates for the participants and the resource speaker.
5. The Technical Team
● Design and drafts the online/media materials.
● Serves as the overall team for the virtual/online activity.
● Creative team for video and teaser presentations.
6. Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (QATAME)
● Ensures that Quality Assurance standards and regulations are met by the organizing
committee in the conduct of the training.
● Consolidates feedback/evaluation and submit quality assurance report on the training.
