2. HEALTH AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS


In the KS1, 18% (13 out of 70) of the learners fall outside the normal health status while
13% (5 out of 37) of KS2 fall outside the normal health status.
3. LEARNERS’ MATERIALS

The data reveals that most of the learning and guiding materials of pupils and teachers will not suffice the
teaching and learning process of the school. It shows enormous shortage of materials that can limit the
deserve quality education of the pupils.

4. TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT


In the last three years, majority of the trainings attended by our teachers was the LAC session.
5. FUNDING RESOURCES
The biggest source of school funding came from MOOE. Other sources are donors, SBFP,
PSB, LGU and Canteen Fund.

8. Percentage of learners who completed School Year ( 2022-2023)
It was revealed that majority or 100% of the learners in Pitugo ES completed the School
year or got promoted and continue to the next level from kindergarten to Grade 1 until grade 6.

Quarterly test results show


that ESP got the highest
MPS while all other subjects
fall into the average level.
Interventions also needed to
help pupils in all learning
areas.

10. Literacy Level

As seen in the data above in terms of the learners’


English Literacy level the frustration level from pre-
test to post-test results have changed. It shows that
an enormous percent of learners belongs with the
frustration level in pre-test results compared with the
results of post-test it recorded of high Instructional
level of literacy.

It shows that in terms of the learners’ Filipino Literacy


level the Instructional level from pre-test to post-test
results made a bit changed. Pre-test results revealed
that an enormous percent of learners belongs with
the instructional level also, the post test results gives
a bit increased of high instructional level of literacy.

Stakeholders have shown notable participation in the numerous


undertakings of the school.

All grade level have one (1) teacher per classroom. Except grade V and VI because they’re in
multi grade class with one teacher.
