1. CHECK THE ENGJNE BED.
CHECK FOR FLATNESS OF ENGJNE BED TOP.
FLATNESS OF RUBBER VIBRATION LESS THAN 1.5 mm
INSULATOR MOUNTING FACE (LESS THAN 0.5mm FOR THE
(TARGET VALUEl DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ADJACENT HEIGHTS)

1) DOUBLE THE TOP OF ENGINE BED WITH TOP MACHINED DOUBLING PLATES.
AND ADJUST THE FLATNESS OF RUBBER VIBRATION
INSULATOR MOUNTING FACE TO THE TARGET VALUE BY MEANS OF SHIMS.
MACHINING BETTER THAN

21 BESlDES. IT JS SUGGESTED TO HAVE SHIMS MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL PREPARED


IN DIFFERENT THICKNESS OF 0.5. 0.3 & 0.1mm.

FROM ITS MANUFACTURE LENGTH.A STRESS IS APPLIED TO THE BELLOWS
AND THE WIRE BLADE SLACKS TO CAUSE THE DAMAGE EARLIER THAN USUAL )(
THEREFORE. IF THE TUBE IS FOUND TOD LONG. CUT THE PIP ING TO THE PROPER DI MENS ION.
2l DO NOT FIT IT AS ELONGATED. IF THE TUBE IS FITTED AS ELONGATED FORCIBLY
EXCESSIVE STRESS IS APPLIED TO THE BLADE AND JOINT TO CAUSE THE DAMAGE EARLIER THAN
USUAL. THUS.MEASURE THE CORRESPONDING PIPING WITH ATTENTION GIVEN SO THAT THE )(
