Summer Vacation is probably the best time of the year for you all.
With
Learning happening at all times, summer vacation can also be a
time for learning with lots of activities around.
Here are a few tasks for you to be completed during the vacation.
Do remember to complete the given tasks after reading the criteria carefully. You need to
bring your research work to school on the first day of school without fail.
Some Tips to make this holiday special:
 Get involved in indoor games. Play board games with your parents and sibling and show
them who is the smartest!
 Watch good movies and try out writing about the positive and negative aspects of the
film. Read interesting books and explore different genres of books online
 Find out some good recipes and you can even try out making them at home.

Some Do’s and Don’ts during Summer Vacation:
Do’s:
 Do drink lots of water.
 Do wear light cotton clothes.
 Help your parents in household chores.
 Do have plenty of seasonal fruits like musk-melon, water-melon, orange, etc. to

boost your immunity
 Do study for half an hour to one hour every day.
 Be cautious when you go out, always wear Mask and sanitize your hands
frequently.
 Follow the advisory and guidelines issued by the government.
Don’ts:
 Don’t venture out of house in afternoon sun.
 Don’t have junk food.
 Don’t go out unnecessary .
 Avoid crowded places, Do not use AC at public places.
 Don’t waste time in being lazy.
 Don’t dirty your place of living.
 Do not touch your face without washing your hands.

1) Make a synopsis of a Book of your choice in the given format

2) Write essay on "Importance of Language in career building" in about 150 words. Write
it on A-4 size sheet and paste it in the English Copy.
3) Create your own Poem of 14 lines (3 Quadrent and 1 couplate), Tpoic - Your choice,
Write it in the English Copy.

Q.1 Prepare a chart on number system and mention whole numbers, natural numbers, integers,
rational numbers in it.
Q.2 Prepare PowerPoint presentation to show linear, quadratic, cubic polynomials, degree, zero,
coefficient and terms.
Science
Posters have the ability to stick in the viewers' mind and can be a great tool for
evaluating the students' knowledge and create opportunity for expressing their
creativity.
Prepare a poster on A 3 size sheet on any one of the following
1. Save electricity.
2. Save water.
Social Science
Task – 1. On the Physical Map of India write the names of all the Indian state and prepare a list
as per the format given below: -
