    MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) made and entered into between:


    The HON. APOLINAR B. MICAYABAS, JR., in his capacity as the BARANGAY
    CHAIRPERSON of NORTH POBLACION, herein referred to as the ‘BARANGAY’,
    AND
    HON. JOHN ANDRE G. LALAAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a resident
    of North Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon, an incumbent barangay kagawad, hereinafter called
    the “LANDOWNER”

    - WITNESSETH -
    Whereas, the BARANGAY through the incumbent members of the council, has its
    goal for biodiversity conservation, climate change adaptation and the support
    to food security by implementing sustainable reforestation, production,
    enhanced livelihood, environmental protection, education and public health;

    Whereas, the BARANGAY is mandated to initiate collaborative linkages with other


    government agencies, academe/schools including business community in
    order to generate support and encourage multi-sectoral progress and
    development;

    whereas, in pursuit of the said mandate, the BARANGAY shall participate and
    coordinate with the LANDOWNER, particularly with regard to its
    ENVIRONMENTAL programs, projects and activities; by PROPOSING TO
    ADOPT A PORTION OF THE AGRI LOT of KAG. JOHN ANDRE G.
    LALAAN to be DESIGNATED as THE BARANGAY TREE PARK-2;

    whereas, the LANDOWNER being committed to the same mandate allows


    and approves of the proposal and hereby GRANTS the establishment of a
    BARANGAY TREE PARK-2 inside his agri land, provided: that if said
    BARANGAY TREE PARK-2 affects a family plan, it will be subjected to
    CHANGE OR OUTRIGHT CANCELLATION upon due notice of the
    parties;
    WHEREFORE, this AGREEMENT and any other provisions incorporated herein constitute
    the entire agreement. Further, this AGREEMENT which is done in writing
    and signed by the respective signatories, shall be in FULL FORCE AND
    EFFECT.

    MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (with HON. JOHN ANDRE G. LALAAN)

    THIS AGREEMENT shall exist and but may thereafter be terminated by
    any of the parties on account of any breach on this agreement.
    THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE IN EFFECT UPON THE SIGNING
    OF THE PARTIES.
