LEARNING OUTLINE

Pre-lesson:
1. Play vocabulary game pupils using adjectives, school subject and activities as clues

Lesson delivary:-
2. Teacher introduces herself/himself starting with an adjective. Teacher uses an adjective that starts with the same
letter as their name. Pupils are given some time to think about an adjective and say their names.
3. Pupils refer to textbook page 4. Pupils look at the picture and read the information.
4. Pupils answer teacher’s question on the name of the characters and what they want to learn this year. Pupils are
given some time to think what they want to learn and write in their exercise books.
5. Teacher asks a few pupils to volunteer to introduce themselves based on the model text in the textbook.
6. Pupils refer to textbook page 5 and copy Activity and 1 into their exercise book.
7. Pupils read the script based on audio 1.1 (teacher’s book page 18) and circle the incorrect information in the table.

2. Teacher asks how many people are there in pupils’ family, what are their favourite subjects?, What are
their free-time activities? and what are their holiday activities? Pupils share their answers.
3. Pupil refer to textbook page 5 Activity 2 and copy the activity into their exercise books.
4. Teacher explains that pupils will come out with questions to answer the information in Activity 2. Pupils
complete the task.
5. Pupils are given the Let’s Ask worksheet or draw the table in their exercise books.
