The lesson that I have learned from IFL class is to integrate faith and learning.

If we integrate faith and

learning the students who attend the SDA school will also be interested in our lifestyle. In the classroom,
we will learn more about religion. We will also be spiritually motivated. And we will be able to share
with others what we believe and worship. In addition, when we are approaching others, it will be easier
to approach.

How can the cooperative work of home, school, and church benefit the student's spiritual growth?

The student can integrate their faith with their learning, and make the result productive in their spiritual
growth. The daily plan and weekly spiritual activities, special programs such as the Week of Prayer,
Health Emphasis Week, Temperance programs, and other spiritually related activities. There are the
spiritual outreach programs both on and off campus. Social and physical activities, including musical,
cultural, and sporting programs are also integrated into the total program of the school.

List down 10 responsibilities that Christian teacher should possess.

1. To be a model Christian. -The teacher must be what they desire their pupils to become.

2. To reflect the character of Christ. - the secret of power over their pupils

3. To communicate confidence in God’s revelation to man. - God is the Source of all true knowledge.

4. To communicate concern for biblical standards of moral behavior. Connected with God, every
instructor will exert an influence to lead their pupils to study God’s word and to obey His law.

5. To pray with students and teach them to pray. -Teach them that the claims of God are upon them.

6. To lead their students to Christ. -Do not feel that their work as teachers is done unless they can lead
their scholars to faith in Jesus and love for Him.

7. To aid students in developing a sense of mission and a concept of the shortness of time. To teach
them that life’s true aim is not to secure the greatest possible gain for themselves, but to honor their
Maker.

8. To communicate an appreciation for the worth and potential of each individual. They will take a
personal interest in each pupil and will seek to develop all their powers.

9. To teach for thoughtful mastery of vital truths. -Teachers should lead students to think and clearly
understand the truth for themselves.

10. To Love them. -According to Education Book, Love is the basis of creation and of redemption and it is
the basis of true education.

Write down 5 of the environmental factors to meet students’ need with little explanation.
1. When presenting material, use visual displays, such as writing on the overhead projector, to
assist students who are visual learners. By doing this, students will become more interested in
school lessons. Actively participate in lesson activities and can easily understand school lessons.
They also can share what they understand with their friends.
2. Allow student to select where they will sit. By allowing them to make this choice, it affects not
only their school lessons but their real life. When they have to decide something, they can make
the right decision.
3. Provide opportunities for students to select whether they will work alone, in pairs, or with a
small group. By doing this, we are training them to be good leaders because they will become
good leaders one day.
4. Provide learning activities that require the use of both sides of the brain. It can raise their desire
to learn more. It can increase their willingness to do things and become more proficient in other
things.
5. Realize that some students require more frequent breaks than do others. By doing this, they will
have time to study the upcoming school lessons.

How can you teach spirituality to students or children?

We must try to understand student’s background and their needs: family, religion, economy. We must
try to have a close relationship with them. To provide opportunities to participate in the spiritual
activities. We are to be modeling what we know, and believe. We must share our spiritual experiences
with them. And we must recognize them as they are valued person. And we must take every
opportunity to visit them and talk with them, and to take every opportunity to teach them. We must
provide help for their needs, and give them Bible study whenever possible.

The weather has its own time and responsibilities. Seeing this, we must also carry out our God-given
responsibilities. You can see how great the Creator is by watching the seasons and how they operate in
an orderly manner. By combining spring, summer, autumn, and winter, become a season, and by
combining different skills, we will be able to quickly complete God's work.
