    passport no. CCC365141 issued in Norway on August 2021 and presently residing at,
    Asveien 17,1463 Fjellhamar , after having been duly sworn to in accordance
    with law, do hereby depose and say:

    1) That I am presently working as Funeral Agent with business address at Asveien


    17,1463 Fjellhamar.

    2) That I would like to invite Jocel Pastor Pacaway presently residing at 131-b
    13th Ave. East Rembo, Makati, City to come and visit me here in Asveien 17,1463
    Fjellhamar , Norway for a vacation; hence, I have provided all of them round trip
    tickets;

    3) That I will take full responsibility for all their expenses, subsistence and
    accommodation throughout the duration of their stay and ensure that they will not
    become public charge while in the Philippines; and,
