    With reference to the interview, we had with you, we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected by our
    company for the position of “Finance Manager”.

    Your appointment takes effect immediately and you are expected to join us on 13/01/2020.

    ANNEXURE-I

    1. You will be on a training period for three (3) months and will be termed as an “Finance Manager” during
    this tenure.

    2. The stipend during the training period will be calculated on the basis of INR 20,000.00 per month.

    3. After successful completion of your training, you will be employed as a permanent employee at Axestrack
    and your CTC will be 2,40,000.00 INR.

    4. The placement of the appointment will be in Jaipur, India and you will be required to work from the office
    full-time unless specified otherwise.

    5. Our office timings are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

    6. You will be eligible for 2 leaves in a Month, which will be lapsed if not taken during the internship.

    7. During your association, Axestrack Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (Axestrack) shall respect you for honesty,
    faithfulness, diligence, and efficiency, which shall lead to the company's growth and in turn of all its
    employees.

    8. You are requested to deal with all company's properties like Software development material, documents,
    and business data with honesty and the best professional ethics.

    9. It is informed to you that all the INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS related to every aspect of all
    material developed as stated above as part of your contribution and stay at Axestrack, lie fully with
    Axestrack and Axestrack has all rights to use as is or expand the scope and make commercial activities out
    of the said deliverable.

    10. Upon leaving the services of the company for whatsoever reason you will return to the company all tools,
    papers, software code, documents, and any other articles and/or copies thereof belonging to the company
    which may at that time be in your possession.

    11. You are expected not to share with, or disclose to, any outsider or to anyone who is not concerned, your
    salary, official confidential information like scope of the project and its requirements, platforms of
    development, customer details, algorithms etc. design related issues, components supplied by customers
    like: documents, study material, test beds etc, and all other confidential information as signed by Axestrack
    with all its customers relating to your projects(s) or the projects Axestrack is involved into which you are
    accessible or possessing.

    12. This offer will be valid for 3 days from the date of this letter and will automatically expire after that. If this
    offer of employment is acceptable to you, please share your acceptance of employment by confirming via
    email and providing a signed scanned copy of this document within 3 days.

    13. A detailed appointment letter will be issued to you after the completion of your training period with
    Axestrack.

    14. This offer is valid subject to verification of all proofs related to academic qualifications, age, experience,
    current/last drawn salary, and background verification.

    15. You shall be required to carry an Android mobile with version 7.0 or higher during office hours while in
    employment at Axestíack.

    16. Please read the service agreement in detail for more information.
