 Strength of the Bank

The following were some strong sides of the bank’s activities in the existed
financial markets of the country: providing different new services of financing
processes for children, women and youth, it pays salary of different governmental
as well as governmental organization that are found in the country; it provides
unique currently for importers as well as other investors who are found in the
country either Ethiopia foreigners and other different services of the financial
environments to be processed.

 Weakness of the bank

The following were some weakness of the bank at which I observed in the
department of audit work load due to large member of users, quality of the service
by comparing the existed staffs of the banks size, existence of few staffs skill gaps
and;

 Awareness gap on strategy of the bank.

 Weak coordination of technical trainings.
 Knowledge and skill gap
 Weak integrations and streamlined supports among district branches and
processes
 Low supply and quality of office equipment and furniture.
 Weak focus on FCY earnings and hence a deteriorating performance in FCY
earnings.
 Weak follow up on condominium loans
 Opportunity of the Bank
During the life of the operation of financial environments of the country,
government gives good opportunity for privet banks .Using these chance the bank
tries to make difference in financial environments and introduce new technology.

 Treat of the bank

In the free market economy there are many privet banks growing day
to day. The Multinational bank is increasing day to day as the competitions
increasing in financial institution market. So, Tsehey bank should develop
different marketing strategy to attract the existing customer and new customer.
The Bank main income is from the investment in loan. As the Tsehey bank,
should minimize the default risk because to maintain the sustainable growth in
economy. If the bank fails in minimizing this risk they might suffer from
bankruptcy situation.

During my observation of the banks job performance to be effectively done for

each days applicability of the system to be effectively evaluated by the
management of the bank. And therefore, I put the following points as problems of
the case studies

of few managerial implementation of the job activity to be processed and
evaluated by the bank’s top management team to be well practiced and applied
