    the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Hall of Justice, Libertad, Butuan City dated
    April 3, 2023 against RUSTICO COSINERO SALALIMA and JEROME PIROY
    EREZO through Regular Filing with docket no. XIII-02-INV-23D-00097 duly received
    by KINNI ALBERT Y GARRIDO, Associate Provincial Prosecutor.
