NARRATION:
Investigation disclosed that the incident happened when vehicle 1 is travelling
on the right lane while vehicle 2 is travelling to the opposite lane, when suddenly
vehicle 1 loses it brakes and he lose control of his motorcycle and hit vehicle 2.
As a consequence thereof, vehicle 2 driver and his passenger sustained some
severe body injury and was rushed to Borongan City Hospital for treatment. Driver of
vehicle 2 sustained only a slight injury and after his treatment he surrendered to
police authority.

1. On or about 0730h in the morning April 19, 2023, some personnel of

Simballa conducted a patrol at San Mateo along Maypangdan brigde.
2. During the patrol the team received a complaint from one of the
resident of barangay Maypangdan, after confirming the statement of the
complainant the team immediately take an action and enter the abandon
house where the place stated by the complainant and confiscated some
deadly weapon, illegal substance, and there are two suspicious persons
inside the house.

2. BACKGROUND:

This pertains to the information received by this office

regarding the alleged destruction of properties in a rice field to the
farmer named Allan N. Pantas, resident in Brgy. Malinao, Can-
avid. The incident happened at about 1700h April 27, 2023,
perpetrated allegedly by group of adults who always involved in
illegal activities.

3. ACTION TAKEN:

Upon receipt of the information through personal complaint

By Mr. Allan Pantas, regarding to an incident of burning his rice
field, personnel from Can-avid Police Station led by SPO2
 Ricardo Dalisay, immediately responded to Brgy. Malinao, Can-
avid Eastern Samar to conduct investigation to the alleged group.

This office immediately disseminated said information to all

the resident in Brgy. Malinao to alert and be aware to this alleged
group and so that they can report to police station if ever they saw
those adults.

4. CONCLUSION:

After a days of investigation the alleged group has been

captured by the police officers led by SPO2 Ricardo Dalisay, the
group is now under custody in police station.

5. RECOMMENDATION:

The case is ready for trial.

2. According to initial investigation revealed that the victim is fishing at
the bridge using fish rod, when the unknown gunman stop his motorcycle
behind the victim then shoot him on the head that caused of his death.

2. This pertains to the shooting incident that transpired in the bridge of
Barangay Malinao, Can-avid Eartern Samar at around 10:00 in the morning of
April 28, 2023. Be informed that the victim Jandy Mark Ciar, 26 years old,
resident from Barangay Batiawan, Taft Eastern Samar, was shot by the
suspect Rubel Taninas, 27 years old, resident of Barangay 10, Can-avid. The
said victim was brought to Borongan hospital for medical treatment but was
pronounce dead on arrival.
3. The cadaver of the victim was moved to Borongan Crime Laboratory
Office, for autopsy examination. The immediate cause of his death was
gunshot wound directly on his head.
4. The subject was arrested at his house during hot pursuit operation
conducted, but the weapon used in the commission of the crime was not
recovered and he is now under the custody of this station for investigation and
proper disposition.

we decided to conduct this seminar to prevent this crime rate getting higher
