    SUBJECT : SPOT REPORT re Arrest of Cardo Dalisay Adobo A. for the


    crime of Shooting Incident

    DATE : May 04, 2024

    1. Reference: Case referral of Desk Officer, Sub-Station 6 with same subject as


    above dated May 04, 2024 and referred to this office at about 10:40 PM of the
    same date.

    2. This pertains to the Shooting Incident that transpired at about 9:00 PM of May
    04. 2024 in front of Petron Gas Station located at #12 Princess St. Bayan-
    Bayanan Ave. Brgy. Concepcion Uno, Marikina City wherein witness identified
    as Malai cordero 34 years old, born on December, 15 1989, married at
    manager of Residence of paraiso st parang Marikina City while suspect
    identified as Cardo Dalisay 25years old, bom on march 7, 1998, single,
    unemployed, residence 34, malanday St., Brgy. Tumana, Marikina City.

    3. Initial investigation disclosed that on the said TDPO, PCpl LEGANDIN IRENE
    JOY A assigned at Marikina Police Station, who are patrolling at that time, a
    concern citizen informs her that he saw a male person pulled his gun and
    shot several times the other male person who stood in front of Petron Gas
    Station located at Bayan-Bayanan Ave. Brgy. Concepcion Uno, Marikina City.
    He also stated that suspect wearing black shirt with marking “SINO
    LALABAN” and maong pants. After the incident, suspect fled to the direction
    of Marikina Heights while victim fell on the pavement part. Pool Legandin
    Irene joy.immediately.
    4. As of this writing, suspect is temporarily detained at Marikina City Police
    Station, Custodial Facility while pertinent documents are being prepared for
    inquest proceeding before Marikina City Prosecutor’s Office. Investigator on-
    case: klent Arenas, PSSg Samuel canonoy (0923-891-16-78) this station.
