Introduction
Welcome to the March edition of Ketto’s newsletter. As we move into the third month of the year, there is
a palpable sense of optimism and excitement in the air.
In this issue, we will be bringing you updates on some of the exciting developments and activities that we
have been up to over the past month. We will also be featuring some of our team members who have
been making significant contributions to our success. Their dedication and hard work have
helped us achieve new heights, and we are thrilled to share their stories with you.
As always, we encourage you to stay connected and engaged with the Ketto
community. Whether you are a long-time member or a new addition to the team,
your feedback, ideas, and contributions are essential to our ongoing success.
Updates
We have recently updated our attendance regularization process on Keka. Going
forward, employees will be allowed to make a maximum of 5 regularization
requests per month.
The reason behind this change is to ensure that our attendance records are accurate
and consistent and to provide a fair system for all employees. We kindly request all
employees to mark their attendance diligently and in a timely manner to help us maintain
an up-to-date and reliable attendance record.
Pooja Ceremony
On the auspicious day of Gudi Padwa, the Ketto office celebrated with a Ganpati pooja. The ceremony
was filled with joy and devotion as the team came together to seek blessings for a prosperous year
ahead. The air was filled with the sweet fragrance of incense and flowers, and the sound of prayers and
mantras. It was a beautiful and spiritual experience for all who participated.
Holi Celebration
As we all know, Holi is one of the most vibrant and joyous festivals in India, and this
year, we celebrated it with great enthusiasm at Ketto. The festive spirit was
in full swing, and we had an incredible time together.
From donning their white attire to playing with colours, everyone was thoroughly
enjoying themselves. The excitement was palpable, and the entire office was
buzzing with energy. It was a fantastic opportunity for all of us to take a break
from our work and bond over some fun activities.
One of the highlights of the day was undoubtedly the delicious jalebis that we
had. The mouth-watering aroma and the sweet taste of these treats were
enough to lift everyone's spirits. We indulged in this delicacy to our hearts'
content.
The joyous atmosphere and the contagious energy made it a day to remember.
It was wonderful to see everyone come together and celebrate this festival with
such fervour.

The Entertainment
Exchange
So, I just finished watching Rana Naidu, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The storyline
follows Rana Naidu, a ‘fixer’ for the wealthy and powerful, as he
navigates the challenges of his job. However, things take a turn
when his father is released from prison, and Rana finds himself
facing a personal mess he can't solve with his usual tactics.
I recommend Rana Naidu to anyone looking for a thrilling drama with complex characters and a
vgripping storyline.

What I love about Archer is its unique brand of humour that's both
wicked and intelligent. The writing is sharp and witty, and the voice
cast is top-notch, with actors like H. Jon Benjamin, Judy Greer, and
Aisha Tyler delivering hilarious performances episode after episode.

The Space has become my go-to whenever I need a quick mental break or a moment of calmness in my day.
I've found that the podcast covers a wide range of topics, including mindfulness, gratitude, and self-reflection.
Which, believe it or not, are somehow exactly what you need for that day.
If you're looking for a way to find more peace in your life, I highly recommend checking out The Space.
