March Newsletter

Introduction
Welcome to the March edition of Ketto’s newsletter. As we move into the third month of the year, there is
a palpable sense of optimism and excitement in the air.

In this issue, we will be bringing you updates on some of the exciting developments and activities that we
have been up to over the past month. We will also be featuring some of our team members who have
been making significant contributions to our success. Their dedication and hard work have
helped us achieve new heights, and we are thrilled to share their stories with you.

As always, we encourage you to stay connected and engaged with the Ketto
community. Whether you are a long-time member or a new addition to the team,
your feedback, ideas, and contributions are essential to our ongoing success.

Updates
We have recently updated our attendance regularization process on Keka. Going
forward, employees will be allowed to make a maximum of 5 regularization
requests per month.

The reason behind this change is to ensure that our attendance records are accurate
and consistent and to provide a fair system for all employees. We kindly request all
employees to mark their attendance diligently and in a timely manner to help us maintain
an up-to-date and reliable attendance record.

Pooja Ceremony
On the auspicious day of Gudi Padwa, the Ketto office celebrated with a Ganpati pooja. The ceremony

was filled with joy and devotion as the team came together to seek blessings for a prosperous year

ahead. The air was filled with the sweet fragrance of incense and flowers, and the sound of prayers and

mantras. It was a beautiful and spiritual experience for all who participated.

Holi Celebration
As we all know, Holi is one of the most vibrant and joyous festivals in India, and this
year, we celebrated it with great enthusiasm at Ketto. The festive spirit was
in full swing, and we had an incredible time together.

From donning their white attire to playing with colours, everyone was thoroughly
enjoying themselves. The excitement was palpable, and the entire office was
buzzing with energy. It was a fantastic opportunity for all of us to take a break
from our work and bond over some fun activities.

One of the highlights of the day was undoubtedly the delicious jalebis that we
had. The mouth-watering aroma and the sweet taste of these treats were
enough to lift everyone's spirits. We indulged in this delicacy to our hearts'
content.

The joyous atmosphere and the contagious energy made it a day to remember.
It was wonderful to see everyone come together and celebrate this festival with
such fervour.

Women’s Day Celebration

The Women's Day celebration at Ketto was a true celebration of the fantastic women who make our

company what it is. The day was filled with fun, laughter, and appreciation for all the hard work and

dedication our female colleagues bring to the table every day.

To kick off the celebration, the women of Ketto came together to play some team games, which was an

excellent way for everyone to bond and have fun. It was inspiring to see everyone working together,

cheering each other on and showing their competitive sides.

But that wasn't all - no Women's Day celebration is complete without some indulgent treats. So, the team

enjoyed some delicious chocolates that were simply irresistible.

We all know that chocolate is the way to a woman's heart, and everyone appreciated thesweet gesture.

To show our appreciation for their amazing work, Ketto gazn a bottle as a token of gratitude.

We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the women who make Ketto such an extraordinary

workplace.

Employee Spotlight
In this edition of the Employee Spotlight, we are thrilled to celebrate

Devesh Kolhe, one of our incredible Product Managers here at

Ketto. Devesh is a proud Maharashtrian with a touch of Delhi and is

always up for an adventure. When he's not busy developing

top-of-the-line products, he loves exploring new places and going

on treks. He's also an enormous music enthusiast who enjoys

listening to various genres. In his free time, Devesh can be found

watching football, dancing, and playing FIFA, board games or

Devesh Kolhe cards. He stays fit by playing table tennis, badminton, and cricket.

But above all, Devesh is a foodie at heart and can't resist

pav-based dishes, chole bhature & lassi.

When asked about one thing on his bucket list, Devesh shared that there are

many things he hopes to accomplish, but one thing that stands out to him is

visiting all seven continents of the world.

Devesh credits his parents as the biggest influence in his life. They have always

been there to support and encourage him to pursue his dreams. As someone who has

achieved success in his field, Devesh offers valuable advice to those just starting out.

He suggests that one of the most important things for anyone starting out in his field is

to be curious and have a strong sense of empathy and compassion.

And here's an interesting fact about Devesh that most people don't know - he's pretty

good at cooking Maharashtrian breakfast dishes!

The Entertainment
Exchange

Rana Naidu by Arden Creado

So, I just finished watching Rana Naidu, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The storyline
follows Rana Naidu, a ‘fixer’ for the wealthy and powerful, as he
navigates the challenges of his job. However, things take a turn
when his father is released from prison, and Rana finds himself
facing a personal mess he can't solve with his usual tactics.

I found the characters to be well-developed and the acting to

be top-notch. Each episode has suspense and unexpected
twists that kept me hooked until the end. The show also offers an
interesting glimpse into the world of high society and the
lengths people will go to protect their reputations and wealth.

I recommend Rana Naidu to anyone looking for a thrilling drama with complex characters and a
vgripping storyline.

Archer by Manish Pandey

I recently stumbled upon Archer on Netflix, and it's seriously an

underrated gem!

The show follows the hilarious and often outrageous adventures of a

suave and narcissistic secret agent, Sterling Archer, who works for
the fictional spy agency ISIS. The show is a perfect blend of action,
humour, and satire, with each episode delivering a unique and
hilarious storyline that never fails to entertain. And it is animated!

What I love about Archer is its unique brand of humour that's both
wicked and intelligent. The writing is sharp and witty, and the voice
cast is top-notch, with actors like H. Jon Benjamin, Judy Greer, and
Aisha Tyler delivering hilarious performances episode after episode.

If you're looking for an underrated and action-packed show, Archer

is worth checking out. It's the perfect show to binge-watch on a lazy
weekend or to unwind after a long day. Plus, with all the seasons currently available on Netflix, you can
easily catch up on all the episodes and get hooked, as I did!

The Space by Prishita Manik

The Space has become my go-to whenever I need a quick mental break or a moment of calmness in my day.

The podcast is designed to help you enter a state of relaxation and

mindfulness through soothing music, sound effects, and spoken
guidance. Each episode is short, usually about five minutes long, which
is perfect for busy schedules.

What sets it apart from other meditation podcasts is its incredible

production value. The audio quality is top-notch, and the narrator's
voice is so soothing that it's easy to get lost in the guided meditations
and visualizations.

I've found that the podcast covers a wide range of topics, including mindfulness, gratitude, and self-reflection.
Which, believe it or not, are somehow exactly what you need for that day.

If you're looking for a way to find more peace in your life, I highly recommend checking out The Space.
