management requires a plan.
To manage time well, one must begin by identifying priorities, setting goals, and creating

helps individuals to stay organized, focused, and on track with their goals. It enables them to
make better decisions about how to use their time and how to prioritize tasks, so they can be
more productive and achieve their objectives. Without a plan, people are more likely to waste
time, become overwhelmed, and miss important deadlines or opportunities.
2. Leadership and management are two important skills that are essential for success in any
organization.
A good leader inspires their team by sharing a vision that is both compelling and
achievable. A clear and well-communicated vision helps to align the team's efforts towards a
