Guidelines
Wall thickness :
Minimum
thickness of 2mm

Bosses: Include a clearance of

minimum 1 hole diameter
Curved corners: around the hole e.g (if the hole is
Add radii/fillets to 4mm wide, the minimum wall
corners thickness around the whole shld
be 4mm)
Component clearance:
Allow 0.5mm around
internal components
Port clearance: Allow for 1 mm
around the port

Hole clearance: Add

0.25mm to diameter of
screws

Slicing
Generate structures to support parts
of the model which have overhangs.
Without these structures, such parts
would collapse during printing.

Enable printing a brim or raft. This

will add a flat area around or under
your object which is easy to cut off
afterwards.
