II. Activity 1 (Quiz 1 – 10 points)

1. What is the importance of doing physical activity?


Physical Activities could include everything from going for a walk, run, playing with friends, sports,
household chores, and simple exercises and work out routines. What’s important about these
physical activities is that they keep our bodies going. They provide us with a lot of health benefits
such as they reduce our chances of developing illnesses in the heart, manage our weight better,
strengthen our muscles, joints and bones; and overall, help us feel better as we have more energy
to do things.

2. How do you feel after doing physical activity?


After doing a physical activity, I feel energized and in the mood to do more out of my day. I feel
like I’m powerful and that I could do everything. Normally, if I do physical activities vigorously, I
would feel like as if I won’t be able to move for several days. But, since I did everything in
moderation and in a manner that is appropriate, I was able to boost myself up even more.

1. What does one get in indulging in sports activities?


When one indulges himself in sports activities, their daily life and whole well-being is beneficiated.
Physically, it reduces chances of developing certain illnesses, improves over-all weight, and helps
control blood flow. Mentally, there is lower tension which helps fight depression or anxiety,
satisfaction of developing skills is achieved, and people find it easy to concentrate. Socially,
people come together, they develop personal relationships with each other, and they promote
camaraderie. It is undeniable that engaging with sports really bring us a lot of health benefits.

2. How do you feel after doing physical activity?


After doing the physical activity, I felt alive more than ever. I felt my blood flow going, my heart
pounding, and my body heating up. I felt like I did a lot of things and I could still do more. If
anything, it helped me to finish my other projects for the day. I was more focused and
concentrated on my tasks due to I was able to understand better.
