    LEAD INSTRUMENT SYSTEM ANALYST

    Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a recognized University

    Eight (8) years’ experience with five (5) years’ experience in similar position or approved and
    certified system Engineers from one the renowned System manufacturer with at least Diploma in
    Instrument Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 6 Years’ field experience.

    Administers requisitions for maintenance supplies, special tools, plant and the like
    Compiles equipment/ System failure / Malfunction report and submits to the company’s
    representative, Provided failure Analysis of Instruments and suggest appropriate
    modifications

    Supervises, plans and co ordinates activities for maintenance, safe operation &
    functionality of systems like DCS (Foxboro, Honeywell, Emerson), ESD (Hima, ICS
    Triplex), PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens), F & G System (ICS Triplex, GE Fanuc). Should
    have configuration experience of at least two systems from the above

    Ensures the implementation of the routine/preventive/breakdown/shutdown maintenance


    and major overhaul programme by the contractor’s personnel to meet the maintenance
    goals both at site and in the workshop facilities

    Ensures the best quality of maintenance works to the satisfaction of company’s


    representative. Work towards in achieving company strategies and targets and
    maintenance goals

    Liaises with the company’s representative on daily basis, Liaises with other Area
    Engineers within the contract to ensure efficient utilisation of manpower.

    Relevant Oil and Gas experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of pneumatic,
    electronic, metering, microprocessor based and hydraulic instruments and controls, of
    similar facilities to those specified in the Technical Specification

    Should be well conversant with any maintenance software like CMMS, MAXIMO etc. and
    Shall have hands on experience in using Computers and Software’s such as MS office
    EBEAMS, MS Project etc.

    Diagnoses, trouble-shoots and locates system faults on plants, machinery, equipment and
    implements appropriate remedial actions, including the use of diagnostic and calibration
    tools/equipment. Reports the findings with recommendations. Well versed with HSE or
    SHE, Knowledge in HSEMS
    Supervises the maintenance of the complete facility and the work of subordinate staff
    including breakdowns/shutdown maintenance activities

    Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English language.

    Must have valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
