1. The meeting was facilitated by Mr. Ham N. Cos, English Teacher. He

called Mr. Michael C. Hitomo to lead the prayer.
2. Mrs. Marietta N. Bolon, Head Teacher III in English delivered her
Opening Remarks. She provided an overview of the agenda of the said
meeting such as the Orientation on New IPCRF/COT Indicators and
MOVs. Moreover, she said that a review on the mid-year performance
of teachers will also be discussed. She thanked everyone for extending
their whole-hearted support in the conduct of the activity.
3. To inspire everyone before the start of the serious and formal
discussions on the new RPMS Guidelines, Mr. Cos called Mrs. Florian
G. Rey, English Teacher to give a Food for Thought. The Food for
Thought has something to do with the value of kindness. That despite
the frustrations, problems, and forms of toxicity that are happening
around the world, we should not lose hope and should still look for
the beauty of life ahead of us.
4. To formally start the Orientation, the host called Mrs. Jennifer D.
Esplana, Master Teacher II to discuss KRAs 1-3 along with
Performance Indicators 1-9. Each KRA was discussed
comprehensively. Along discussions, certain questions were also

raised especially on how teachers could dutifully submit the required

MOVs.
5. The next discussant was Mrs. Dolores L. Cornal, Master Teacher I in
English. Her part was to discuss KRAs 4-5 along Plus Factor and the
Summary of the whole new RPMS Guidelines. Along the discussions,
queries also surfaced such as how to interpret the MOVs to be
provided by teachers. But, due to everyone’s cooperation to better
understand the new guidelines, issues were settled. Also, everyone
agreed to better wait for the conduct of the orientation on the new
guidelines. The discussions ended by providing the summary of the
new RPMS Guidelines for S.Y. 2022-2023.
6. Mrs. Marietta N. Bolon was the last discussant where she provided
detailed information about the Classroom Observation Tools (COTs)
and the Individual Development Plans (IDPs) of teachers. She also
distributed samples of it so that teachers can analyze it carefully.
Later on, she asked them to be ready with their available MOVs for the
conduct of the mid-year performance review.
7. In the afternoon of the said activity, each teacher in the Department
signed in the commitment review form since there is a new RPMS
Guidelines. Mrs. Bolon reminded everyone to ensure that each one
should be observed starting the next quarter. With the help of Mrs.
Cornal as the Master Teacher I in English, and Ms. Esplana as the
Master Teacher II in Senior High School and with everybody’s
cooperation, the meeting become successful.
8. The meeting was adjourned as exactly 4:00 PM.
