TIPS FOR PEOPLE WITH PHLEGM TEMPERAMENT:

April 23, 2017 Tabib 1 Uncategorized

? Try to have only 2 meals in a day since the ability of your
digestive system has become weak and therefore there
should be a gap of 10 to 12 hours between your two
meals.
? Try to have sweet fruits
?Mainly consume foods that are rich in protein and fiber
such as eggs, sheep meat, prawns, etc.
? Take warm baths but do not spend a long time doing so!
? Strictly avoid drinking water at least half an hour before
your meal and until one hour after it.
?Exercise daily and regularly
?Wake up before sunrise and avoid excess sleeping as it
increases phlegm in the body. Do not exceed 7-8 hours of
sleep.
? Keep yourself far away from humid climates and
environments.
? Avoid unnecessary rest during the day, especially during
sunset and sunrise. Also avoid sitting for long periods.
? The most important advice is to avoid or reduce cold-
natured foods such as pasteurized dairy products, cream,
yoghurt, excess rice, potato chips / crisps, tomato,
chicken, beef, fish, etc. If you want to have them once in a
while, eat them with their moderator food. For example,
yoghurt should be mixed with mint / garlic / ajwain, milk
should be mixed with date, rice should be mixed with black
seed or cumin, cream should be mixed with honey in order
to reduce their coldness.
Asthma
Tips to cure:
? Avoid the conditiins mentioned above
? Use paper masks
? If the Asthma is in its initial stages, then the cure is to drinking 2 cups of turnip juice and 2 cups of carrot juice everyday
? If the Asthma is a little more advanced, then add Ajwain seeds to the above juices as well
? If the Asthma is severe then boil Broadleaf plantain leaves and drink 1 to 3 cups a day

Eleiminate diabates
ow when you changed your diet into a healthy diet, you can follow these steps:
1- To reduce the amount of sugar in the blood quickly, the leaves of olive tree is an amazing medicine. Just make it like tea and drink it everyday.
2- A good and healthy breakfast like eggs and a light lunch (or no lunch) prevents increasing insulin in the body
3- Cinnamon regulates and increases the performance of insulin secretion. A tea spoon of Cinnamon daily will help diabetes a lot. You can drink it as a tea
4- Drinking cold water, fast foods, artificial sweets (cake, biscuits, soda, juice, etc) make your diabetes worse.
5- Basil is another herb which is used to cure diabetes. You can eat it with your daily meal or drink it as tea
6- Fenugreek mixed with yogurt is a good meal for diabetes (except for breakfast)
7- In some sources, okra is told to a great cure for diabetes. okra curry is an ideal meal for diabetes.
8- Maybe that looks funny, but many people are cured with this method. The insulin in the body mostly settles in the heels. So scrubbing the hills every night  for 10 minutes with pumice or the stones which is used
to scrub the feet in the bathroom will help removing the insulin from the body.
we had a patient who was suffering from diabetes for more than 25 years and he was injecting insulin for all these years and now his amount of sugar had reached 500! at the end, the doctors told him that his leg
had to be cut as it was badly infected. he refused and after consulting with a herbalist, he started taking herbs, and after one week, not only his leg was cured, but he stopped injecting insulin after 25 years. He
then was released soon after that and he is back to his normal life.
so it’s possible, if you want.
