HIMONT Incorporated SPHERIPOL TECHNOLOGY HIMONT PROPRIETARY IMPROVEMENT #.9, RELATED TO RAW MATERIALS EFFECT OF PROPYLENE CONTAMINANTS HIMONT is being continously studying the effect of contaminants potentially present in propylene on the yield and the stereospecificity of catalyst. Enclosed is the list of all potential contaminants and their relative effect is shown. All these data where obtained in a laboratory scale reactor in liquid propylene. NoTE: Many of these contaminants are not normally present in propylene.
