    Mipa Bumper-Paint-Spray is a high quality, thermoplastic, fast drying structured coating for the restoration of the
    typical plastic surfaces of vehicle parts such as bumpers, exterior mirrors and spoilers, or as an effect spray.

    Substrate:
    Clean from oil, grease and separators.
    Excellent adhesion on wood, metal and rigid plastics

    Pretreatment / Cleansing:
    Pre-cleansing with Mipa Silikonentferner or Mipa Kunststoffreiniger

    Characteristics:
    Excellent opacity and high coverage
    Fast drying
    High elasticity
    Abrasion resistant and non chalking
    Re-coatable with all customary 1K aerosols
    High resistance against chemical and mechanical strain

    Colour / Black (0001) Grey (0002)


    Grade of Gloss: Satin gloss

    Preparation: Shake can vigorously until the mixing balls move freely!

    Application: Spray to test - Spraying distance approx. 20 - 30 cm


    2 - 3 coats, dry film thickness 40 - 50 µm.

    Flash-off: 3 - 5 min. between each coating

    After use: Turn can upside down and spray until the valve is clean, this
    prevents the valve from clogging up.

    Drying Times:

    Drying: Dust dry: approx. 10 min.


    Set to touch: approx 1- 2 h.
    Full hardness: 24 h.

    Processing
    Conditions: From +10°C and up to 80% relative air humidity

    Storage: In tightly closed original containers at least 2 years shelf life

    VOC- EC limiting value for the product (cat. B/e): 840 g/l (2007)
    Regulation: This product contains max. 700 g/l VOC [ 5.84 lbs/gal]
