    a) Client requested NAVTEX check.


    b) Came on board and found NAVTEX with no messages. A self-test was performed with “all good” results but reception problems still
    persisted. then was proceeded to update firmware form version 2.00 to 4.0.7 to discard software issues, after updating all reception test
    were performed again with same results. Antenna was checked and found double the factory stablished resistance value. The equipment
    was then opened and found RX unit PCB with overheating failure and need to be replaced.
    c) Antenna NAW-333 and RX UNIT PCB CMN-2333.
