the company increase awareness and attract more customers.

will streamline the procurement and inventory management process, reduce waste and
surpluses, increase operational efficiency and improve customer service.
Personnel training and development plan can help FoodCity educate and upgrade its
employees so they can better serve customers and improve product quality. It will also help
improve communication and collaboration between employees and increase their loyalty to
the company.
Quality management plan about FoodCity control the quality of its products and
manufacturing processes, as well as ensure that all food safety and health standards are met.
This will help the company prevent the risks of product quality problems and improve
customer confidence.

process, reduce delivery time and improve customer service. It will also help you manage
your delivery schedule, optimize delivery routes, and reduce shipping costs.
These plans and templates of FoodCity optimize its operations, improve product quality and
customer service, increase operational efficiency and increase profits.
To represent numbers in FoodCity food delivery plans, I would use the following methods:
Tables and graphs. This will allow the company to visualize the data and analyze it in terms
of efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This will allow the company to monitor important
metrics in real time and analyze them based on set goals.
Financial reports. This will allow the company to track its income, expenses and profits, as
well as manage financial resources.
Market and competitor analysis. This will allow the company to assess its position in the
market and develop strategies to increase its market share.
Customer Satisfaction Assessment. This will allow the company to understand how satisfied
customers are and what aspects need to be improved to increase customer satisfaction.
I chose these methods because they allow you to visualize and analyze data in a convenient
way, as well as improve the transparency and efficiency of processes in the company. In
addition, the use of KPI allows you to focus on the key goals of the company and improve its
performance. Financial reports and market analysis allow you to assess the financial position
of the company and its competitive position in the market. Customer satisfaction assessment
allows you to understand what needs to be improved to meet customer needs and increase
loyalty
Which one would you use for your own company? Why?
I would use all these methods for my FoodCity food delivery company. Each of them is
important and necessary for successful business management.
Tables and graphs allow you to visualize data and better understand which processes in the
company are working well and which need improvement. Key performance indicators (KPIs)
help a company track its progress against predetermined goals and respond to business
changes in real time. Financial reports are necessary to assess the financial strength of a
company and make decisions based on actual data. Market and competitor analysis allows a
company to understand its market position and develop strategies to increase its market share.
Customer Satisfaction Assessment helps to understand what the company needs to improve in
order to meet the needs of customers and increase their loyalty.
As a result, I would use all these methods in my FoodCity food delivery company, as they
allow the company to fully cover all aspects of business management and make informed
decisions based on data.
Customer Oriented: A company must aim to meet the needs of customers by providing
quality products and services, as well as providing a high level of service.
Teamwork: The company must have an atmosphere of trust, respect and cooperation between
employees, which contributes to effective teamwork.
Innovativeness: A company should encourage innovation to find new and efficient ways to
deliver food, improve product quality, improve processes, and improve app usability.
Flexibility: The company must be flexible and quickly respond to changes in the external
environment, including changes in customer requirements and the competitive environment.
Purposefulness: the company must have clear goals and objectives, as well as provide an
effective system for managing processes and tasks.
Openness: The company must be open to feedback from customers and employees, and be
willing to change its approaches and strategies based on this feedback.
These organizational culture traits can contribute to the success of the FoodCity food delivery
company and ensure high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
What are 7Ps marketing strategies?
Price (Price): This is the cost that the company will charge for its product. The company must
determine what price it consumes based on the competitive environment, production costs,
required profits, and customer demand.
Place (Location): This is the place where the customer can purchase the product or service.
The company must determine which widespread distributions will be available to people.
Promotion. The company must determine what methods of advertising, promotion and
marketing it will use to attract customers.
People (People): This is the company's staff that interacts with customers. The company must
be in demand so that its staff is qualified and friendly in order to be able to use the services of
customers.
Processes: These are the processes that the company uses to reduce the output and account
for the service. The company must determine what processes will be carried out on the
territory of the Russian Federation in order to obtain high quality products and services.
The concept of 7P marketing strategies helps companies to more fully implement all aspects.
How would you prioritize your marketing strategy in your company?
Prioritizing marketing strategy for food delivery company FoodCity. However, I will suggest
the following priorities for FoodCity:
People: FoodCity must ensure that its staff are friendly, professional and efficient in dealing
with customers. Staff training, improved working conditions and development opportunities
within the company can help achieve this goal.
Product: A top priority for FoodCity should be to provide quality and delicious food. This
may include expanding the menu, updating recipes and ongoing quality control.
Processes: FoodCity must provide fast and efficient food delivery, as well as a simple and
convenient ordering process. Implementing technology and improving internal processes can
help achieve this goal.
Price (Price): Price is an important factor for many customers, so FoodCity must provide
competitive prices for its products. However, price should not be the top priority if a
company is committed to high quality products and services.
Place: FoodCity must provide a convenient location for pickup points and restaurants for its
customers. However, with the pandemic and the growing popularity of home delivery,
location may be less of a factor.
Promotion: FoodCity must advertise its products and services in order to attract new
customers and retain old ones.
I choose two of the 7 Ps - "Product" (Product) and "Price" (Price) to analyze and plan.
Analysis Plan "Product" (Product):
Study customer preferences: conduct research, interview customers and analyze data on
which dishes are most popular, which recipes and ingredients are most in demand.
Competitor Analysis: Study the menu and quality of the dishes offered by competitors and
conduct a comparative analysis with FoodCity.
Quality assessment: conduct an internal quality assessment of dishes using quality control
methods such as recipe checking, taste testing, defect testing, etc.
Innovations and improvements: to determine what new dishes and recipes can be added to the
menu, what improvements in recipes and preparation can be made to improve the quality of
products.
Analysis plan "Price" (Price):
Study the market: conduct market and competitor research, analyze their pricing policy,
determine the price advantages and disadvantages of FoodCity.
Determine Costs: Analyze ingredients, production, packaging, shipping, staff, and other costs
to determine the lowest possible price for FoodCity.
Assess the price elasticity of demand: evaluate how price changes affect the number of orders
and revenue, and determine the optimal pricing policy.
Develop a strategy: define price categories for different food categories, establish price
advantages based on customer and competitor preferences, and develop a pricing strategy to
achieve maximum profit and customer satisfaction.
Therefore, a "Product" and "Price" analysis plan can help FoodCity understand customer
needs, assess product quality and competitive landscape, determine pricing strategies, and
take action.
