INTERNATIONAL TIE-UPS

RENOM has signed a supply agreement for spares and software support with AMSC for catering to the O&M of AMSC based
technology turbines in India.

In partnership with RENOM, ATOS has developed RESCA – a unique solution that integrates data from various SCADA systems into
one common platform to provide real time remote data monitoring & diagnostics to enable customers to utilize the available
resources more effectively to manage power generation at optimal levels.

ENERCON GmbH signed a cooperation agreement for the Indian market with RENOM. Under this agreement, RENOM becomes one
of ENERCON's designated ISP in the Indian market. RENOM can independently pursue service and maintenance contracts for wind
energy converters based on ENERCON technologies in India with spares and technical support from ENERCON.

RENOM’S comprehensive Operations & Maintenance contract are all backed by comprehensive insurance solutions.
Synergy Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd one of India’s leading insurance broker focussing on risk management
solutions for renewable energy assets.

3M & RENOM have signed an agreement to install Vortex Generators (VG’s) on WTGs in India. This collaboration will leverage the
materials expertise and technology of 3M combined with the skills & competence of RENOM to provide asset owners a solution to
increase efficiency and maximize Annual Energy Production to 1% or more from the wind turbines.
