Sipitang is the capital of the Sipitang District in the


Interior Division of Sabah, Malaysia. It is the closest
town in Sabah to the Sarawak border, and is 44
kilometres south of Beaufort and 144 kilometres
south of Kota Kinabalu, the state capital and also is
123 kilometres north of Long Pasia, one of the famous
attraction in Sabah.

Our site has multiples existing shop lots surrounding it due to its
location being at the Pekan.
Our site has few public toilets also which are in usable conditions.
The state or condition of the existing buildings are all fine and in good
as well as safe condition in which they don’t require any major
maintenance and will not affect our site location or area.
No sign of any subsidence or settlement damage found on the
exisiting buildings during our site visit.
