Contractor shall adhere to all the provision of HSE requirements. In case of non-compliance or
continuous failure in implementation of any of HSE provisions; TPL may impose stoppage of
work without any cost or time implications /or impose a suitable penalty for non-compliance up to limit
as prescribed in contract clause and as per Relevant Law.
However, to have an uniformity on amount of penalty for various common type of safety violations,
amount of penalties may be as per list given below: -

 Above penalties are for per violation per occasion.

 Penalties for items not covered shall be decided by TPL RCM/ Site in-charge.

 For repeated violations penalty amount can be doubled and may lead to
stoppage of work at the risk and cost of Vendors.

Remarks: Fines & Penalties amount will be deducted from contractor RA Bill.
