    1. Interest on contribution is calculated at the rate of 8.15% per annum on monthly running balance as per the declaration of Rate of Interest from Employees Provident Fund.
    2. Pension contribution is capped at a maximum of 8.33% of the provident fund wage ceiling limit and the Contributions are deposited with the PF department. Till August-14 paid
    in September-14 maximum of Rs.541 is the deduction towards pension and from September-14 paid in October-14 onwards maximum of Rs. 1250 is the deduction towards
    pension.
    3. This Statement is only for information and it cannot be assigned, mortgaged, transferred or dealt with in any way. Any discrepancy in this statement should be brought to the
    notice of the Accounts Department, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the statement.
