Terms And Conditions

1 Warranty Terms: :‫وط الضمان‬
-The warranty period for all Hormann Doors and Dock levelers (12) (12) ‫ تكون مدة الضمان لجميع أبواب ومنصات التحم ل صناعة هورمان الموردة للعم ل‬-

3 Client should provide secure, finished indoor storage area for the goods, ‫جب ع العم ل توف اما ن امنه ومغلقة لل ضائع واﻻل ون ات و وحدات التح م داخل‬
and lockable indoor storage area/office for electronics and controllers. If ‫ اذا ان الموقع غ جاهز وغ امن ﻻستق ال ال ضائع والمواد ال ﻳراد تركيبها‬. ‫اما ن ال ك ب‬

Storage charges to IndTech at a rate of 0.25% of total goods value on ‫ال دء ال ك ب‬
weekly basis to be paid before installation.
4 If IndTech is asked to store the goods, then client must pay immediately .‫اذا طلب من اندتك تخ ن ال ضائع فع العم ل سد د فاتورة ما عد ال سل م فورا‬

5 Uninterrupted Access to Work area. Area should be clean and clear from ‫الط ق قد تؤثر‬ ‫جب ان تكون جميع مناطق ال ك ب سهل الوصول اليها وﻻ ﻳوجد موانع‬

in order to prepare the required sureface for installing the doors, ‫ال اب حسب نقاط الت ب ت‬
according to the doors' fixing points.
8 The client to provide lighting and power supply (220/380V, 30 Amps) for ‫ امب ( ﻻغراض اجهزة‬30 - ‫ فولت‬220/380) ‫ع العم ل توف اضاءة ومصدر كه ا‬
the installation equipment. .‫ال ك ب‬
9 The client to provide necessary power supply with a breaker to the ‫ل وحدة ترك ب وقطع‬ ‫ع العم ل توف مصدر كه اء مع قاطع لوحدات التح م‬
control box of each unit, and the conduits / connectors for internal cable .‫التوص ل والش ك ﻻسﻼك التوص ل الداخل ة ل ل وحدة‬
connections for each unit.
10 The client to provide a forklift truck with side shiffter fork and man lifter .‫ع العم ل توف رافعة شوك ة مع شوكة متحركة ش ل جان و رافعة افراد اثناء ال ك ب‬
during installation.
11 Civil or mechanical structural frame work to prepare for doors ‫اﻻسعار المقدمة العرض‬ ‫اﻻعمال اﻻ شائ ة او المدﻳنة غ مشمولة‬
installation is not included in the price.

14 It is considered that all installation and maintenance work will be ‫حال تم ا قاف ف ق عمل اندتك عن العمل ﻻي س ب من جهة العم ل خﻼل اي ز ارة‬
completed during the course of one visit to site, but incase our technical ‫ترك ب او تصليح وطلب منهم العودة ﻳوم اخر سوف ﻳتم تحم ل العم ل لفة ال ارة‬
team held up by the client or have to leave the site and return to ‫اﻻضاف ة وتحتفظ اندتك حق اعادة جدولة ال ارة ما ﻻ ﻳ نا مع جدولها ز ارات ال ك ب‬
complete the job later, the delays or additional visits will be charged to ‫مع العمﻼء اﻻخ ن‬

15 In case the project site is not ready for installation upon the materials ‫ ﻳوم عد وصول ال ضائع ا مستودع‬90 ‫حال عدم جاه ة موقع العمل لل ك ب ﻻ من‬
availability "at Indtech's warehouse or at the site", upon Installation ‫ ﻳوم من وصول‬90 ‫اندتك او الموقع سوف تعت فاتورة ما عد ال ك ب مستحقة خﻼل‬
