    INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

    We, the undersigned, under and by virtue of these presents and in


    our personal capacity, do hereby guarantee and undertake to reimburse
    any third person/s who may be prejudiced and damaged by virtue of our
    withdrawal on the deposit account of the late BURT B. FAVORITO under
    the following banks:

    1. BPI Family Savings Bank – Diliman-Isidora Branch, with address at Holy


    Spirit Drive corner De Leon St., Isidora Hills, Brgy. Holy Spirit,
    Diliman, Quezon City, under deposit account number 6-716-1688-06;

    2. Chinabank – Holy Spirit Drive Branch, with address at 8 Holy Spirit


    Drive, Brgy. Holy Spirit, Diliman, Quezon City, under deposit
    account number PHP 132600010186;

    3. EastWest Bank – South Triangle Branch, with address at 2109 Quezon


    Avenue, near corner Scout Albano, Brgy. South Triangle, Quezon
    City, under deposit account number 200009232008;

    4. Metrobank – Don Antonio Heights Branch, with address at Lot 20 Blk 6,


    Holy Spirit Drive, Don Antonio Heights, Diliman, Quezon City,
    under deposit account number 323-7-32350614-7; and

    5. BDO – Commonwealth Branch, with address at Holy Spirit Drive, Don


    Antonio Heights, Quezon City, under deposit account number
    006540149319.

    We further agree to indemnify any of the above-enumerated banks


    for whatever damage or prejudice they may suffer arising from any and all
    claims to be made by any third person in connection with the above-stated
    deposit accounts and in our withdrawal therefrom in twice the amount of
    the decedent’s deposit. This Deed and our joint undertaking contained
    herein shall be entirely enforceable against any one of us or our successors-
    in-interest within a period of four years from the date of withdrawal.

    We also guarantee that we, the undersigned, are the only and
    exclusive legal heirs of the late Burt B. Favorito.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto affix our signatures this 15th of


    July 2021 at Quezon City.
