A. Introduction
This units covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to maintain and service computer sytems and networks.
They will practice their knowledge and skills using task oral questioning and check their performance through performance checklist. This
concept is an integral part to maintaining computer systems and networks so that the trainee will be able to apply this in any setting such
as homes, school, office and to the community.
