CSS Corp: Support Engineer May 2022 - Sept 2022
• Managed activities in Windows servers such as creation/deletion of users, group management

policy, restore computers, adding user in Active directory, restarting IIS, installing packages in tools.
• Involved in major change activities on weekends and Captured AMI for AWS servers before any
change and provided application support.
• Check the health of all hosts and VM objects in Vcenter and for any active alarms.
• Sharefolder/ file permissions requests and map drive issues.
• Creation / decommission of servers, snapshots (change activity) in vSphere client and Nutanix.
• Schedule staging and monitoring the collection groups through SCCM patch activity monthly and
troubleshoot errors by using Command prompt and PowerShell while Microsoft patching.
• Enable / disable instance state, change instance type and IP whitelisting in AWS cloud.
• SCOM desktop monitoring includes operating systems as Linux, Solaris, Windows 10 servers.
• Coordinate with my team members for testing applications and provided infrastructure support.

• Creating and Managing Virtual Machines (server build) in VCenter, Templates, and its backups.
• Monitoring of VMware ESXi servers, hyper-v (CPU, Memory, Disk and Network Utilization).
• Resolving Active Directory requests such as user account, lockout issues, password reset, login
issues, VM slowness and able to manage service requests and incidents requests well.
• Addition, deletion, monitoring nodes and troubleshoot the nodes when nodes went down in
SolarWinds and collaborated with SolarWinds support team to resolve client issues.
• Facilitated to reduce errors in Trend Micro Deep Security Manager Console for Prod/UAT/Test.
• Creation of SSL certificates in PEM, CRT, PFX and Key format using AppViewX for applications.
• Backup decommissions, installing and coordinating with the backup team to build Commvault.
• Implemented WMI troubleshooting steps in test, prod and non-prod servers and were successful.
• Creation / updating/ decommission of internal DNS Infoblox IP reclaim, external DNS in route53.
