Task 1:

The following charts illustrates the estimated sales nationally of silver goods next
year for two companies: Meteor Products Ltd and Mark Jones Ltd and the
projected market share of the twos at the end of the year.

Overall, we can see that Mark Jones Ltd’s sales will take over the majority of the
following year: 10 out of 12 months to be exact and the projected market share,
while Meteor Products Ltd will fall short of this company.

About the estimated sales of silver goods, Mark Jones Ltd will reach a peak of 900
thousand sales in December, around double that of Meteor Products Ltd. This
trend will stay the same throughout a 6-month period from January to June,
before Meteor Products Ltd will eventually pass Mark Jones Ltd in the number of
silver goods in July, with just under a 5-thousand-sales difference, and a decent
100 thousand gap in August. Moving on to the projected market share, Mark
Jones Ltd will be in the lead, making up around 30%, while Meteor Products Ltd
will be 10% less than that. The other 50% will go to the other companies that will
be taking part in the market.

Task 2:
Providing education is the responsibility of everyone, not just authorities or
people with high prestige. However, some people feel that this should be borne
only by the government and that private education should be forbidden. In my
opinion, I agree with the proposal that private education should be banned.
Firstly, removing private education entirely means that students can have a
chance to approach education in a different way, which can bring a lot of
advantages. One of which is that the connection between students and their
peers, or students with their teachers would be much easier to form, so that they
can be more socially confident and more knowledgeable, etc. Another reason is
that since private education mainly focus on students’ capability of matching the
private education’s own standards, public education means that the standards
will be more equal, thus, overviewing their ability more.
Secondly, forbidding private education means that all students, from remote
areas to poor regions of a country can go to school without a problem. Since
private education’s money mainly comes from the parents, public education can
do the opposite. Public schools can pay for all of their needs, such as lunch or
water, and still give them the proper education that they need. This could be a
huge deal when it comes to giving the true educative experience to everyone,
because not all of us can afford a good education in general.
In conclusion, public education is still the one of the best methods in terms of
giving education to people that needed it. In the future however, there could be
some major changes to how private education works or the quality of it, making it
a considerable choice to students all around the globe.
