System Analysis

Many hospitals use similar systems to manage their operations and deliver patient care. Some of
the key components of the existing system of hospital.

Existing System
· It difficult to share patient information between hospitals and other healthcare providers.

· The use of electronic health records and other technologies in the existing system of hospital
management can raise security and privacy concern.

· It requires staff to be trained in the use of new technologies and processes.

Features
 Hospital management systems typically include tools for managing patient information.

 Many hospital management systems include appointment scheduling tools that enable patients to
schedule appointments with healthcare.

 Hospital management systems often include billing and payment management tools that enable
healthcare providers to manage patient accounts and payments.

 Hospitals require a significant amount of supplies and equipment to operate effectively.

Requirement Analysis

The goal of requirement analysis is to identify the needs and goals of the hospital, and to
translate those needs and goals into a set of specific, actionable requirements.

Outputs & Report Testing

Output design of this application “Hospital Website” generally refers to the Result and
Information that are generated by the system; output is the main reason for developing the
system and the basis on which they evaluate the usefulness of the application. The output is
designed in such a way that it is attractive, convenient and informative. Forms are designed with
various features, which make the console output more pleasing. As the outputs are the most
important sources of information to the users, better design should improve the system’s
relationships with us and also will help in decision making. Form design elaborates the way
output is presented and the layout available for capturing information.
1. Functional Testing: This involves testing the website's functions, such as navigation, links,
forms, and search functionality, to ensure they work as intended .

2. Performance Testing: This involves testing the website's load time, response time, and overall
performance under different levels of traffic to ensure that it can handle large amounts of
traffic without crashing.

3. Compatibility Testing: This involves testing the website on different browsers, devices, and
operating systems to ensure that it is accessible to all users.

4. Security Testing: This involves testing the website's security features, such as encryption,
authentication, and access control, to ensure that user data is protected from cyber threats.

5. Usability Testing: This involves testing the website's user interface, content, and overall
design to ensure that it is user-friendly and provides a positive user experience.

6. Accessibility Testing: This involves testing the website's compliance with accessibility
standards, such as WCAG, to ensure that it is accessible to users with disabilities .
