सूचन / NOTICE
The students of B.Tech, M.Tech, MSc, and MCA who declared pass in their final semester
examinations are hereby requested to collect the following certificates (in original) in
person from the office of the Dean (Academic) during the office hours only by producing a
copy of no dues certificate, duly filled-in caution money form (available in website), copy of
bank of passbook for accounts details to receive caution money, ID proof, and final
semester registration card.
Certificates List:
1. Provisional Degree
2. Migration Certificate
3. Final Semester Grade card
4. Transcript
Note:
1. In any case, authorization to other person to receive certificates from academic office
is not allowed.
2. If any student failed to receive his/ her certificates in person, the same will be sent by
registered post (only) upon proper request through an email communication to the
undersigned.
3. To receive the certificates by post student has to fill the “requisition form” available in
the institute website by mentioning their proper postal address and giving his/ her
consent to deduct the postal charges from their caution money.
4. In any case of postal delay or not receipt of certificates sent by post, Institute will not
take any responsibility.
5. If student has already taken his/her caution money he/she has to pay the postal
charges as per the actual charges in the account number: 33117999641, IFSC Code:
SBIN0001882, SBI, Adityapur, NIT Jamshedpur. Students are advised to consult the
academic section by sending an email to the dean.ac@nitjsr.ac.in for knowing the
actual post charges. (Proof of receipt of caution money/bank transaction is to be enclosed)
