1. Four (4) passport sized photographs. (To be taken in the second semester)
2. NHIS Card (Active)
3. A pair of brown or black leather sandals
4. A pair of Khaki Trousers (Brown)
5. A pair of shorts (Khaki)
6. Canvas for sports (white)
7. Black leather belt (ordinary hook and buckle without designs)
8. A pair of Black or Brown leather shoes (low heel) to be worn on Sundays for church services and not
for school.
9. Water Bottle one (1) litre size
10. A pair of long sleeve white shirt
11. A pair of white short sleeves shirt
12. A pair of red and white check shirt with one breast pocket on the left.
13. One male Jumper white short-sleeve
14. White plain “T” shirt (not Polo) for P.E.
